Don't go over 6 or 7 sets on a Muscle group.. them guys you see in a gym 5 to 6 to 7 days a week they're definitely on some kind of substance.. if you go all natural you're not going to be able to do a whole lot without using something... We are human beings not machines.. I do three days a week that's all you need.. far as supplements I only use whey protein and eat a lot of eggs maybe a multivitamin now and then.. I eat 4 meals a day and a light snack before bed..

Brother Ron, it sounds like you simply did this for spiritual reasons. So actually, I want people to know, it's not just a spiritual thing to do a 40-day fast although you need the spiritual for sure 🤣. What happens with water only (distilled is the best) long fasts is a complete body renewal and rejuvenation. God built many great things into fasting and what happened to you is much more than spiritual, you rejuvenated your organs, you cleansed and repaired a ton and what that equates to is not only like a whole body refresh and reset but also an age reversal phenomenon, so you probably added at least 20 years to your life. What it commonly looks like is before the fast people's organs will be their age in functionality or older and after the fast the organ health and function will be 20 up to 50 years younger, that's how powerful long fasts are. And just for the record, there has been many much longer fasts than 40 days but 40 days is the proper & sufficient standard.
How to attach the bands?
The marble fat in proper meats (grass-fed, no grain feeding, no hormones or antibiotics) is actually the healthy fat, the cover fat is the dangerous fat, that's where the toxins are stored in the animals. Also, some animals were not meant for food.

It’s funny because I’m just now seeing this. 4 years ago my body’s function just completely collapsed on me I was bed ridden almost every day. It took almost a year to find out it was Mold Exposure that was causing my Adrenal Fatigue issues and I’ve been living in that mold probably for years since I was a teen. I had to move out and move in with some family down south. My adrenals are much better now but I still got stomach issues and energy problems and of course depression and anxiety like I’ve been diagnosed with since I was a pre teen. I’ve lost so much weight and also muscle mass because I was a big gym freak growing up. I’m still struggling now trying to get jobs that’ll work with my health issues while I’m waiting on disability. It sucks man. I miss my old life so bad. If only I knew about Adrenal fatigue and mold and all that stuff before hand I wouldn’t be living like such 💩 now

Remember that there are people who have allergies. For example seafood, or nuts. I'm not that concerned about marble fat from meats, since I tend to eat the lean cuts, rather than a rib eye. If need to eat a leaner protein source, go for a main staple like chicken breast, or maybe some eggs, but also dabble into rabbit, turkey (not my favorite) and pork chops, yes, pork chops, the other white meat. As long as is trim is a pretty good selection. So if you cannot eat seafood, there are delicious options available and still get your protein intake; since it should be your priority when building your muscles. Happy I found this. My flat feet and toes not touching ground means I haven't got the balance to do front squats. I'm too tall for back squats, and now, in my 60s, I have to be sensible as I don't want to have trapped nerves at the back neck. I got away with it when younger. I knew it was possible but not how to do it right. Great stuff 👍 PS. I shall try it and post here again in a few months.
